Warranty Policy

At DartNFly, we stand behind the quality of our drones and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a limited warranty on all of our products.

What is covered? Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

How to make a warranty claim? If you experience a problem with one of our drones, please contact us at info@dartnfly.ac. We'll need to know the following information:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Photos or videos that demonstrate the issue

We'll review your claim and get back to you within 48 hours. If your claim is approved, we'll either repair or replace the drone, at our discretion.

Shipping and handling:

You are responsible for shipping the drone to us for warranty service. We'll cover the shipping costs to send the repaired or replacement drone back to you.


This warranty does not cover damages caused by natural disasters, theft, or loss. Additionally, this warranty does not apply to drones that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than an authorized DartNFly technician.


This warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser of the drone. The terms of this warranty may change without notice.
